ZBX: the official API documentation exposes the public endpoint `GET /data/api/v1/getMarketConfig`, whose documented configuration for BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT and LTC/USDT shows `maker = 0.001` and `taker = 0.001`, i.e. 0,10 % / 0,10 %. The API returns a configuration per market and the effective rates may be changed by ZBX: 0,10 % is the documented public reference schedule for these pairs.
