Uncrypt's regulatory and pricing database (licence statuses, verified fees, sources and collection dates) results from substantial verification and structuring work. It is protected by the sui generis right of database producers (articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code), distinct from and cumulative with copyright.

04Automated extraction and reuse prohibited

Any extraction, scraping, systematic copying or substantial reuse of the content of Uncrypt's database, by automated means (bot, script, scraper or any equivalent tool), is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation, including when this extraction happens listing by listing rather than in a single operation. This prohibition applies regardless of any technical protection or rate-limiting measure in place on the site, which is only a means of detection, not an implicit authorisation in its absence.

General search engines (Google, Bing and equivalents) are explicitly authorised to index the site according to the rules defined in its robots.txt file: this prohibition targets commercial or competitive extraction of the database, not natural search indexing.

05Limitation of liability

The information published comes from public sources (AMF and ESMA registers, platforms' official pricing pages) and is verified as of its publication date, shown on every listing. Uncrypt cannot be held liable for any change to this information after that date. Uncrypt provides no investment advice (see methodology).
