What Uncrypt does with your data.

01Data controller

The site's publisher (see the legal notice) is the controller of the data described below, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02Data collected

Contact form. Name, email address and message content you voluntarily enter to write to us. Sent to our form provider Formspree, solely to reply to you.

Fonts. The site loads the Fraunces, Instrument Sans and Spline Sans Mono fonts from Google Fonts' servers. This request sends your IP address to Google, under the terms described by its own privacy policy.

No cookie is set by Uncrypt as of today, and no audience measurement tool (Google Analytics or equivalent) is currently in place. This page will be updated if that changes.

We collect no user account, no password, and no payment data: the site does not offer any.

03Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is processed to respond to your request, on the basis of your explicit consent (voluntary submission of the form). No data is used for marketing purposes without your prior agreement.

04Retention period

Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as needed to process them, then deleted within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

05Processors and transfers

Formspree (contact form processing), Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States) and Google (fonts) may process personal data as part of their respective service. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards provided by these processors (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent GDPR framework).

06Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. To exercise it, use the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with France's data protection authority, the CNIL.
