MoonPay n'est PAS un exchange — c'est une passerelle de paiement/API intégrée dans des wallets tiers (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OpenSea...). Pas de carnet d'ordres, pas de compte de trading propre : la crypto achétée atterrit directement dans le wallet tiers déjà ouvert par l'utilisateur. Risque de confusion fréquent (le grand public croit ouvrir un 'compte MoonPay'). Licence MiCA détenue mais périmètre = paiement, pas garde. Frais carte jusqu'à 4,5%.
