Europe: the official list of restrictions excludes EEA member states from margin trading, and the derivatives page explicitly excludes EU/EEA countries (France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, etc.). Margin and futures are therefore not offered in the EEA, unlike on the global Exchange.
