The online platform offers a crypto account with an internal wallet/custody under FINTECH SK s.r.o. The official limits explicitly distinguish purchases to an “Internal wallet” and to an “External wallet”. Clients can therefore keep crypto-assets on the platform or send them to an external address.

05What to know before you start

BITCOINMAT/FINTECH SK is no longer just an ATM operator. The 2026 platform offers: online buying/selling without registration up to certain thresholds, crypto accounts for individuals/businesses, internal wallet, external wallet, regular DCA, staking (ancillary service outside MiCA), crypto packages, vouchers and cash deposits/withdrawals via 90+ ATMs. ATM activity remains concentrated in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
